- Facilitator Role: We act as a third-party intermediary that introduces merchants to payment companies.
- No Financial Holding: Noonsenet does not provide wallets, hold merchant funds, or process transactions directly. We are not a payment gateway, but an agency that facilitates the relationship between you and the gateway.
2.2 User Obligations
By using our services, you agree to provide truthful and accurate documentation regarding your business. Any misrepresentation of your business activities (e.g., engaging in prohibited industries) will result in an immediate termination of our consultancy services.
2.3 Third-Party Contracts
While Noonsenet facilitates the introduction, the final contract for payment services is signed directly between you (the Merchant) and the Payment Service Provider. Noonsenet is not responsible for the terms, service outages, or fee changes dictated by the final provider.
